1. Why can’t I get to the Inside Access section?

The Inside Access section contains special content that we have made available only to small group leaders at a campus of North Point Ministries. If you are an approved leader, you should have received a Username and Password for northpointleaders.org, which will also get you in to Inside Access on groupleaders.org. If you do not know your Username and Password, you can send an email to web.help@northpoint.org to request this information.

2. I searched for ______ and didn’t get any results. Does that mean that there are no resources on this topic?

It’s possible that the word or phrase you used in your search was more specific than the search engine could handle. Try making more general, or searching for only part of the word. For example, let’s say you want to find resources that deal with premarital sex. Some articles may use the phrase “pre-marital sex” (with a hyphen), which may not be found by the search function. You may find you get better results searching for “marital” or “sex.”
