Welcome To GroupLeaders.org!

As leaders, you play a critical role in the spiritual development of your group members. That's an awesome opportunity, but it can be bit overwhelming. We have created this site to equip you with the tools you need to lead well and create meaningful experiences for everyone in your group.

Let us tell you a little about the features of GroupLeaders.org.

Knowledge Base
This is the heart and soul of GroupLeaders.org. North Point's Group Directors have been listening to you and have heard your questions and concerns. We know what challenges you face as small group leaders and we are hard at work researching and developing resources that will help you meet those challenges. Each month we create 3-5 new articles that address small group issues. In addition, we are scouring bookstores and websites to find articles, books, audio and video messages that we think you will find useful, and we review these resources for you. To find resources that will best suit your needs, enter a keyword into the Knowledge Base box and click "Search". There's even a place for you to suggest questions or topics for our research.

Inside Access (login required)
If you are a group leader for one of the North Point campuses, we have some special content that's just for you. By logging with your user name and password, you can access audio messages from Andy Stanley that aren't available to the public at large.

Administrative Tools (login required)
Logging in also gives you access to some key administrative tools. Once you have logged in, click on "My Community Group" to view your group members' contact information quickly. Click Childcare Reimbursement to access the online Childcare Reimbursement system.

Leader Tools
Click on Leader Tools at the top of the GroupLeaders.org home page to gain quick access to documents and forms such as the Community Group Covenant, Community Group Data Form, Group Leader Application and Membership Application.

Care Contacts
The primary way North Point provides care to its attendees is through community groups. You as a group leader are uniquely positioned to rally your group members to provide care for someone in your group who is going through tough times. As always in these situations you can reach out to your Group Director for guidance in navigating difficult circumstances. For more challenging situations, group leaders may also want to enlist the resources available through the Care Network.  The Care Contacts page describes the ministries that comprise North Point's Care Network and provides the contact information for those ministries.
